Weekly Reflection

This week we reflected on the conferences we led this week.  We used two stars and a wish to think about what we liked and did well and what we want to do better.  Check out Jaiden, Maia B and Aroha's reflections.

Persuasive Writing

We have been learning to write persuasively.  These are the things we need to include in our writing.

We read a story together as a class.  It made us question, should we get paid for doing chores around our home?  Some of us thought we should and some of us thought we shouldn't.

Let's Celebrate Maori Language Week

Maori Language Week is the 23rd July - 27th July.  You can celebrate it by using Maori greetings and phrases in your class and at home.

Hands-On Homework

This weeks hands on homework was to visit the city library.  The library is a great place where you can read books, relax and play games.  Check out these photos of some of the children who visited the library.  It looks like they had a great time.

Who visited the Palmerston North City Library this week?  What was your favourite thing about the library?
