Hands-On Homework

This weeks hands-on homework is to do something active everyday.  This could be:

  • running
  • biking
  • walking
  • skipping
  • take your dog for a walk/run
  • swimming
  • playing a game in your back yard
  • climbing trees
It is important to keep ourselves active to be fit and healthy.  We are also training for the cross country which is in week 4, so being active each day will help us with this also.

Don't forget to send me your photos of you being active!  And have FUN!

  1. Did you know that exercise also keeps you happy? So far we have had good weather for you all to keep active. Looking forward to some photos.
